Real estate photography order

Good photos are the beginning of selling or renting real estate.
It is high-quality photos that create the first impression and determine whether a client wants to come and view the property.

Equipment:

I use professional equipment specifically designed for real estate photography to achieve the best possible result.

Camera: Sony A7 IV

Wide-angle lenses:
• Tamron 17–28mm f/2.8
• Samyang 14 mm f/2.8 (ideal for small spaces)

Zoom lens: Tamron 28–200mm f/2.8–5.6

Flashes:
• Godox V1
• Godox AD200 Pro II

Additional equipment:
• Drone DJI Mini 4K
• Trigger Godox X2T-S
• Tripod / monopod

Editing and delivery time:

• Photos are ready within up to 3 days (often sooner)
• Same-day delivery additional €45

I mainly work in Tallinn, but I am flexible and travel to other cities:
• Travel outside Tallinn (up to 50 km) €35
• Other cities €0.50/km
• Ida-Virumaa by agreement (no additional fuel cost)

I also offer home staging working with decor and lighting to make the space visually more attractive and create a “home feeling” in the photos.

Apartments:
• 1-room: €60
• 2-room: €65
• 3-room: €70
• 4+ rooms: €80

Houses / summer houses:
• from €120

Commercial properties:
• from €70

Land plots:
• from €100

Drone photography:
• +€20 per property
• separate order from €60

Drone video:
• from €80

Additional information:

• VAT not added
• Adding a logo to photos €5
• I also work on weekends (by prior agreement)
• Drone photography is only possible in suitable weather conditions (wind and precipitation must allow it)
