Real estate photography order

Good photos are the beginning of selling or renting real estate.

It’s the photos that create the first impression and determine whether a client wants to come and see the apartment.

I photograph with professional equipment specially designed for real estate photography:

• Camera Sony A7 IV

• Wide-angle lens Tamron 17–28mm f/2.8

• Wide-angle lens  Samyang 14 mm f/2.8 (An ideal choice for small and tight spaces)

• Zoom lens Tamron 28–200mm f/2.8–5.6 Di III RXD 

• Flash Godox V1

• Flash Godox AD200 Pro II

• Drone DJI Mini 4K

• Wireless Flash Trigger Godox X2T-S

• Tripod / monopod

Editing and delivery:

• Real estate photos will be ready within 3 working days.
• I mainly work in Tallinn, but I can also travel to other locations; in that case, a fuel fee may apply (0.30 €/km ).
• It is also possible to arrange a photoshoot in Ida-Virumaa in advance. No additional fuel cost is added to the price.

Real estate photography prices:

• • 1–2 rooms: 40 €

  • 3 rooms: 50 €

  • 4+ rooms: 60 €

  • House/Cottage: from 100 € (camera + drone)

  • Commercial property: from 50 €

  • Land plot: from 100 €

  • Drone: from 20 €

VAT is not added to the amount.

Drone photos can be taken only in good weather, when wind and rain allow.
