• 3-room       70 €
• 4+ rooms   80 €

Houses / summer houses
• from 120 € (camera + drone)

Commercial properties
• from 70€

Land plots
• from 100€ (camera + drone)

Drone photography
• +20€ with property

Additional service:
• Home staging — 35€

Additional information:
• Photos are ready within up to 3 days (often sooner)
• VAT not added
• Available on weekends by agreement
• Travel outside Tallinn (up to 50 km) — 35€
