Good photos are where selling or renting an apartment begins

Photos create the first impression and determine whether a client will want to come for a viewing.

I shoot with professional equipment designed specifically for real estate photography:

•  Camera Sony A7 IV

•  Wide-angle lens Tamron 17–28mm f/2.8

•  Zoom lens Tamron 28–200mm f/2.8–5.6 Di III RXD

•  Flash Godox V1

•  Drone DJI Mini 4K

Editing and delivery

I edit the photos (light, color and detail correction).
If something special is required, this can be discussed in advance.

I work quickly: both the shoot and the final photos are delivered without long waiting times.
I work in Tallinn, but can also travel further in this case, fuel costs are added.

Checklist for preparing a property for photography

To make the photos look impressive, it is important to prepare the home a little in advance:

• Clean up, remove personal items and unnecessary things.

• Make the beds and arrange the pillows neatly.

• In the kitchen, leave only the minimum  a kettle, fruit or flowers.

• In the bathroom, remove shampoos and towels, close the toilet lid.

• Minimize the presence of people during the shoot.

 Prices for real estate photography:

• 1–2 rooms — 40 €

• 3 rooms — 50 €

• 4+ rooms — 60 €

• House — 80–120 € (camera + drone)
