Real estate photography order

Good photos are the beginning of selling or renting real estate.

It’s the photos that create the first impression and determine whether a client wants to come and see the apartment.

I photograph with professional equipment specially designed for real estate photography:

• Camera Sony A7 IV

• Wide-angle lens Tamron 17–28mm f/2.8

• Wide-angle lens  Samyang 14 mm f/2.8 (An ideal choice for small and tight spaces)

• Zoom lens Tamron 28–200mm f/2.8–5.6 Di III RXD 

• Flash Godox V1

• Flash Godox AD200 Pro II

• Drone DJI Mini 4K

• Wireless Flash Trigger Godox X2T-S

• Tripod / monopod

Editing and delivery:

• Please let me know in advance which tones you prefer for your photos ( warm or cool) .
• Real estate photos are my priority, so you will always receive them quickly.
• Below you can see examples of my previous work to get an idea of the tones and editing styles available.
• I mainly work in Tallinn, but I can also travel to other locations; in that case, a fuel fee may apply.
• It is also possible to arrange a photoshoot in Ida-Virumaa in advance. No additional fuel cost is added to the price.

Real estate photography prices:

• 1/2 rooms : 40 €

• 3 rooms : 50 €

• 4+ rooms : 60 €

• House : starting from 80€ (camera + drone)

Drone photos can be taken only in good weather, when wind and rain allow. Discounts apply for regular clients.
